Since I can remember, mimosa's have always been a fun Christmas morning tradition in our family! Yes!! Even when I was little, my mom would pour Welch's Sparkling White grape juice into a plastic champagne flute & mix it with orange juice at our Christmas Day brunch! (She always knows how to make me feel included) And in all honestly, I would still prefer to have sparkling grape juice to champagne, however I should probably start adulting now.
I'm excited to share a fun new twist on your average mimosa, a fun new tradition you can start with a little Christmas touch! The best part.. it's so simple!
- 12 Cranberries, fresh
4 small sprigs Rosemary, fresh
2 tbsp Sugar
1 cup Cranberry juice, sweetened
1 bottle Champagne
I create mine in a large pitcher, however you can begin with individual glasses as well! Start with your cranberry juice, add your sugar, and then your champagne to taste! Garnish with a squeeze of lime, sprigs of rosemary & fresh cranberries! It's so simple!
What are your favorite twists on a mimosa? I'm always looking for new drink recipes! Merry Christmas to you & your family!
